Supporting your path to parenthood—with understanding and care.

A Japanese-speaking coordinator accompanies patients during their initial consultation and ultrasound with the doctor, providing interpretation as needed. After the first visit, follow-up support is offered primarily via email to ensure patients feel informed and at ease throughout their treatment. All medical decisions are made by the physician, while the coordinator serves as a bridge between patients, doctors, and nurses—offering thoughtful, compassionate support every step of the way.

Accompaniment to monitoring appointments (such as bloodwork or ultrasound checks) is not typically provided, but can be arranged upon request.

Fertility treatment is a journey toward meeting your future child. As your guide along the way, the coordinator is here to help ease language barriers and emotional concerns with care and attention.

Support is also available for those considering egg donation, surrogacy, LGBTQ+ family building, and solo parenthood by choice—offering guidance tailored to each individual’s unique path to parenthood.

Language Support /Coordinations

Japanese-language support and treatment coordination are available free of charge for patients receiving care at our partner clinics.

For those considering treatment at other clinics or seeking general guidance on fertility treatment abroad, paid consultations are also available.
If you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Cryopreserved Specimen Shipping Coordination

Cryo-Shipping for Eggs, Embryos, and Sperm

Many individuals consider transporting eggs, embryos, or sperm stored at clinics in Japan to a clinic in the United States—or vice versa. International specimen shipping involves a number of important considerations, including choosing the right courier, completing documentation between clinics, understanding legal regulations in each country, managing costs, and addressing concerns such as temperature control and radiation exposure during transit. Language barriers can also add to the stress of the process.

To support patients with peace of mind, we work in partnership with a trusted hand-carry courier company that has extensive experience handling cryo-shipping between Japan and the U.S. From preparation to completion, comprehensive support is provided to ensure safe, secure, and efficient transport.

Every situation is unique, and guidance is tailored to each individual’s needs. Please feel free to reach out for a consultation.
